Calculate your shipping and handling fees. Books are shipped via USPS Media Mail; allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
Pre-release Sales
Support our efforts by ordering pending titles ahead of the official release date. Your purchases help cover production costs, and your books will ship early with no additional shipping charge. New releases will be announced on our Home and News Pages.
Special Orders:
If your order requires overseas or express shipping, quantity discounts, or special handling, we will calculate the total amount of your order and ask you to pay from a Paypal Invoice or using the payment button on our Special Orders page. Start by sending an e-mail request.
Shipping and Handling:
Our Paypal Shopping Cart will automatically enter the following s/h charges to your total order:
$8 for orders up to $24.99
$10 for orders of $25 to $49.99
$12 for orders of $50 to $74.99
$15 for orders of $75 and up
Your s/h fee using our print-and-mail Order Form will be just $8 (to a single address) regardless of the amount of your order. (We appreciate saving on processing fees.)
